Driven By Style LLC does not manufacture or warranty the items we sell. For items that have a manufacturer warranty, we will act as your liaison with the manufacturer to submit a claim for warranty replacement or product returns. The decision on any warranty claim is made by the manufacturer and Driven By Style LLC has no say in the decision making process.
Driven By Style LLC will submit your claim with the information and necessary supporting evidence supplied by the customer on our Customer Claim Form. Any and all complaints must be documented on the form to give you the ability to directly communicate your claim with the manufacturer. You will also need digital photos demonstrating the problem that will need to be uploaded along with your claim form. You will need photos that show the problems from multiple angles including close up, wide angle, far away, as well as photos of the product ID tag label on the inside of the product. Body kits typically each have a product label on the inside of the part that includes a part number as well as manufacturer logo. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you have any questions regarding what is needed to file a warranty claim.
Once your claim has been submitted to us we will send the claim to the manufacturer for review. Claim requests take a minimum of two business days to review before we receive a response. At this time we will contact you with the status of your claim.
